This planet harbours an elusive, highly unstable element, code name XX2 which holds the potential to release an unprecedented amount of cosmic energy and is predicted to alter the pathway of planet earth. A rugged hovercraft with off-road capabilities, the Land Cruiser is tasked on this urgent mission to trek challenging terrains in uncharted territories, ranging from rocky landscapes to sandy deserts to ascertain the characteristics of this newly discovered element. And time is running out.

The creation of the Land Cruiser is a testament to Azimuth’s enduring love affair between imagination and science fiction, fused into the realm of horology. 4 years in the making, the Land Cruiser carries the DNA of its predecessor, the SP-1 Landship created in 2010, which was inspired by the World War I military tank. The Land Cruiser comes stacked with interesting functions reflecting the original designs of the Landship. Time is told by the domed wondering hour at the 12 o’clock position and the slanted retrograde minute aperture at the 6 o’clock position.
