Orders are processed within 3–5 business days upon payment confirmation. Limited-edition or bespoke models may require additional preparation time.
Once shipped, a DHL Express tracking number will be sent to your registered email so you can monitor your shipment in real time.
Our orders are shipped via DHL to ensure reliable and timely delivery worldwide. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
• Singapore: 1–2 business days • Asia–Pacific: 3–5 business days • Europe & North America: 5–7 business days
